Job summary

SAIC is hiring a System Engineer at Fort Belvoir, VA to support modernization and integration of the Intelligence Foundation layer, aligning sensors, data, and analytics with INSCOM requirements. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a Poly.
• Experience with Intelligence programs.
• Experience with Army Intelligence programs (A-ISR).
• Experience in systems engineering, program management, or requirements development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with program leads, customers, and internal teams to develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support modernization and integration of the Intelligence Foundation layer aligning sensors, data, and analytics with INSCOM requirements.
• Maintain responsibility for assessment and estimation of gap analysis, requirements, development, test, and deployment of products and systems.
• Collaborate with customers and leadership to translate objectives into an executable development plan.
• Oversee system definition and implementation within the Army Intelligence Enterprise Architecture.
• Travel up to 15–20%.
