Job summary

Sure-Dry LLC is hiring for a field technician to install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pumps, and crawl space systems at customer homes. You will work with an experienced crew, safely operate tools, and deliver top-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

This role offers year-round work, a Monday–Friday schedule, paid hands-on training, and growth opportunities within a certified team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physical construction work.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 35 lbs continuously.
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings including background check and drug screening where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pump, and crawl space systems.
• Work alongside an experienced crew at customer homes.
• Safely operate tools and equipment.
• Deliver quality work and an outstanding customer experience.
• Take on new challenges at different job sites each day.
