Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Science or related field.
• Five+ years of IT Systems/Platform Engineering experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with IT Systems, Platform Engineering or Technical Engineering and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and expands Endeavor Health’s software, platforms, infrastructure and devices.
• Lead technology initiatives within portfolio with minimal direction.
• Analyze and resolve moderately to highly complex incidents affecting production systems.
• Install software releases and patches, including security updates.
• Provide on-call support and collaborate with vendors and end users.
