Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Sales & Service Technician in Cincinnati, OH. You will meet homeowners, assess needs, present proven systems, and earn commissions while delivering reliable foundation repair and water management solutions.

The role combines technical service with consultative selling, backed by training and a national brand. Expect travel to homes, performance-based pay, and growth opportunities within Groundworks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred but not required.
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred.
• Proven customer relations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers’ homes based on assigned appointments.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and represent the company.
• Recommend additional products and services to improve installations.
• Perform maintenance visits and diagnose issues.
• Communicate job status and complete documentation.
