Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years supervisory experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with purchasing, receiving, inventories, and P&L is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and training of hourly team members and foundation managers.
• Ensure guest experience and VIP/membership fulfillment meet standards.
• Manage revenue and cost controls including COGS and labor within budget.
