Matthews Wall Anchor & Waterproofing Services is seeking a Design-Sales Consultant in Beaver Falls, PA. With 35+ years in basement waterproofing, you will diagnose homeowner needs, design permanent solutions, and close deals on-site.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, field-based work, and a track record of meeting sales targets. Training pay is provided during onboarding, and a commission-based earning model applies.

Qualifications

• Proven, quota-carrying sales experience in construction, foundation repair, or basement waterproofing.
• Working knowledge of structural and water intrusion issues.
• A closer's mindset and desire to solve homeowners' problems.
• Self-motivation and drive to exceed sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and availability to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments throughout the day based on customer availability.
• Consultative selling and presenting expert-backed solutions for foundation and water issues.
• Design and build customized proposals addressing structural concerns.
• Close deals and grow the business and your numbers.
• Other duties as assigned.
