Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to perform tasks that may involve standing, lifting, bending, and working outdoors
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• 0-2 years of heavy, commercial, or industrial construction laborer experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and foundation-related tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment to support Heavy Construction Equipment Operators as needed.
• May operate Light Equipment (skid steers, small truck and trailers around project or yard)
• Support site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance to keep work areas safe and efficient
• Mix, carry, and handle basic materials as needed for foundation work
• Use hand tools and basic equipment under supervision such as air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and project instructions at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and project goals
