Job summary

Groundworks is seeking Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install foundation and water-management solutions. You’ll work with experienced crews, using top-quality training and equipment, and help test and finalize installations.

Expect a fast-paced, team-driven environment with growth opportunities. The role requires general labor, site clean-up, and following safety standards while providing excellent customer-facing service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions and company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Support teamwork and uphold the company’s reputation.
