Job summary

Groundworks is seeking Installers to travel to residential and commercial sites in Virginia, performing foundation and water management installations. You’ll work with experienced crews, receive training, and help ensure quality results while maintaining safety standards.

You will load and unload materials, test installed equipment, and clean up upon completion. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation tasks and use of trade tools.
• Prior work in construction preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks such as digging and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of products under supervision.
• Transport materials to job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter crawl spaces and basements for repairs or installations.
• Follow safety and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team to ensure project success.
