Job summary

Groundworks is seeking installers to travel to residential or commercial sites to install foundation and water management solutions. You’ll join experienced crews, receive top training, and help protect what matters most to customers.

Key duties include loading and delivering materials, using trade tools, and working outdoors in various conditions. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required, with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back‑filling trenches, and site clean‑up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
