Groundworks in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking Installers to join our field team. You will travel to residential and commercial sites to install foundation and water-management equipment, test systems, and clean up after jobs.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, handle materials up to 50 lbs, follow safety policies, and collaborate with crews to complete projects on time. This entry-to-mid level role offers training, advancement opportunities, and a path into a stable, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Prior construction industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of trade-specific tools and their proper use.

Responsabilités

• Perform general construction tasks such as digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards.
• Follow instructions and company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork and support project goals.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s reputation.
