Groundworks, LLC in Knightdale, NC is hiring an Installer - Construction General Laborer to support our foundation and water management projects. You will work with the crew on residential and commercial sites, performing digging, trench back-fill, loading materials, and site cleanup while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in general construction tasks and site safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Dig and back-fill trenches on job sites.
• Install foundation-related equipment under supervision.
• Load and deliver materials up to 50 lbs.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on-site; support team goals.
