Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install foundation and water management systems. You’ll work with experienced crews, benefit from top training, and help protect what matters most to customers.

You’ll perform general construction tasks, install products under supervision, and adapt to outdoor conditions while upholding safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
