Qualifications

• Experience with installation and use of trade tools.
• Previous construction industry experience required.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, trench backfill, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load and deliver heavy materials to job sites.
• Access crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather while following safety standards.
• Follow instructions and company policies, including safety rules.
• Support team goals through teamwork and collaboration.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity, upholding the company’s reputation.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned to ensure project success.
• Report to work on time as an essential function.
