Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Construction General Laborer – Installer in Knightdale, NC. Installers travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment, test systems, and provide site clean-up after completion.

You will work with seasoned crews, utilizing training and equipment to deliver reliable foundation and water management solutions. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliable attendance, with opportunities for career growth within a leading foundation solutions company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
