Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to travel to residential and commercial sites to install foundation and water management systems. You will work with experienced crews and benefit from leading training and equipment.

You’ll perform construction duties, assist with installations, and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently, supporting the company’s reputation and customers’ trust.

Competenze

• Trade-specific tools and proper use of equipment.
• Previous experience in construction.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Perform general construction labor tasks (digging, back-filling trenches, site clean-up).
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while following safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• Report to work on time every day.
