Job summary

Groundworks in New Haven, CT seeks an Installer to travel to residential and commercial sites to install foundation and water management equipment. You will troubleshoot, test systems, and clean up after completion, supporting a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment with strong safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations
• Previous experience working in the construction industry
• Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license
• Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks including digging, back‑filling trenches, and site clean‑up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while following safety standards.
• Follow instructions and company policies, including safety rules.
• Foster teamwork and support team goals.
• Maintain professionalism and company reputation.
• Report to work on time every day.
