Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital in Boston, MA seeks an Officer, Foundation Relations to identify prospects, develop cultivation and solicitation strategies, and secure gifts up to $100k+ from foundations.

You will write and edit proposals and donor communications, build relationships with physicians and leadership, and coordinate with Trust, Communications and Operations to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years coursework in philanthropy/non-profit mgmt.
• Min 5 years experience in cultivation and solicitation strategies and writing complex philanthropic documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct faculty/prospect visits; manage moves management activities.
• Track foundation RFPs and distribute processes across the hospital.
• Build relationships with physicians, researchers, and leadership for funding needs.
