Job summary

The Emergency Nurses Association Foundation seeks a Foundation Manager to support fundraising, stewardship and annual giving programs. You will work with the Foundation Director, Foundation Board of Trustees, committees and ENA staff to execute the day-to-day operations of the Foundation.

This is a salaried, exempt role with a hybrid schedule and a base in Schaumburg, Illinois. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fundraising or foundations and experience with DonorPerfect or CRM, plus a track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years fundraising or foundation experience
• Experience with DonorPerfect or CRM and grants/scholarships
• Association experience
• Experience developing annual fundraising plans

Responsibilities

• Oversee outreach programs and fundraising activities with strategic input from the Foundation Director
• Manage donor stewardship activities including donor recognition and donor societies
• Identify and pursue corporate and agency support for grants and sponsorship events/programs
• Develop ENA events and support for annual ENA conference and ENA Week activities
• Develop scholarship and grant lifecycle; administer major and minor programs and oversee disbursement
• Track prospect and donor activity in the CRM to drive engagement and cultivation
• Manage annual giving campaigns to increase donor participation and revenue
• Support trustee participation on committees and presence at sponsorship events
• Evaluate data-driven strategies for donor solicitation and retention and revenue growth
