Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth, MN seeks a fundraising leader to manage a portfolio of corporate and grateful patient prospects, driving major and legacy gifts. You will guide strategies for donor engagement and stewardship, collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders across the EAST Market.

You will lead the EAST EHF Administrative Assistant and Gift Officers, expanding legacy giving, events, and donor relations while coordinating with legal and finance teams on planned gifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as per Essentia Health policy.
• Must meet insurer driving requirements.
• FTE position: 1.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and grateful patient prospects for major/legacy gifts.
• Lead EAST Market fundraising program and collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders.
• Develop strategies for donor engagement and stewardship to support priorities.
• Oversee legacy giving, events, and donor communications; collaborate with attorneys/financial advisors as needed.
