Job summary

Child & Family Services of Northwestern Michigan is seeking a Licensing and Recruitment Specialist to build community partnerships that support foster home recruitment and to manage the licensing, supervision, and training of foster family homes.

The role collaborates with DHHS partners and the agency's Development team to meet annual recruitment goals, screening and licensing homes, and providing ongoing support to families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Willingness to work with diverse populations, lifestyles, and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Build community partnerships to support foster home recruitment.
• Attend partnership meetings and participate in community events.
