Arrow Child & Family Ministries in Tyler, TX seeks a Family Home Developer to supervise family assessment, preservice regulatory compliance, home study coordination, and family certification. The role includes driving readiness, audits, and ensuring adherence to standards.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field and at least one year working with children and families. On-site role with comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Social Services or a related field.
• At least one year experience working with children and families.

Mansioni

• Screen prospective foster families for eligibility.
• Oversee paperwork and training requirements for foster/adoptive families.
• Perform home verifications and file audits prior to home studies.
• Coordinate home study process after Pre-Service Training.
• Perform licensure meetings and coordinate with Intake and Programs teams.
• Review Minimum Standards, Contracts, COA requirements for compliance.
• Coordinate information requests and ensure timely follow up.
• Assist with matching of foster parents to standards and Arrow.
• Maintain training attendance records and manageable caseload.
