Job summary

Judson Center in Michigan is seeking a Foster Family Recruiter/Support Coordinator to lead regional recruitment and retention of foster and adoptive families. You will build relationships, present to groups, manage outreach, and ensure compliant documentation and reporting.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to travel across the region, and familiarity with child welfare processes. This is a full-time, non-exempt position supporting families in our southeastern Michigan service

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and use of own vehicle.
• Experience recruiting foster/adoptive families preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate yearly recruitment and retention efforts for the region.
• Provide community presentations to groups of varying sizes.
• Establish rapport with prospective foster families.
• Coordinate direct marketing outreaches and outreach events.
• Maintain knowledge of Foster Care Licensure processes and communicate with clients.
