Responsibilities

• Work directly with birth families, foster families, and adoptive families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records and information.
• Participate in phone calls, home visits, court hearings and related meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention services and on-call support as needed.
• Develop, implement and monitor case plans and services for clients.
