Job summary

Rise Services, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Family Specialist to support foster/adoptive families through licensing and ongoing care. You will manage a caseload, coordinate with DCS/DDD, and deliver training and resources to promote stable homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Humans Services or Social Services.
• Experience in social services and working with diverse families.
• Knowledge of Arizona DCS/DDD programs.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a family caseload of 15–20.
• Foster Parents Training Instructor Rotation.
• Attend monthly consultations with families including court hearings.
• Acting as a liaison with DCS/DDD.
• Participate in Emergency Phone Rotation.
• Advocating and educating families, being a community resource and support.
