Health Connect America in Tennessee seeks a qualified Family Support Specialist to deliver best-practice clinical services for children, families, and adults. You will work across home, community, and office settings, develop treatment plans with the treatment team, and provide individual, group, and family therapies.
The role emphasizes documentation, multidisciplinary collaboration, on-call support, and outreach to recruit referrals to sustain caseloads.

The Family Support Specialist provides best practice, quality clinical services, ensures all documentation is completed per Payer’s, state licensing agent’s, COA, & HCA’s standards and established guidelines and assist with marketing for new referrals.
