Job summary

StepStone Family & Youth Services, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Program Manager to oversee the community-based program, including clinical and operational components, staff hiring and supervision, and quality service delivery for youth and families involved with child welfare and juvenile justice systems.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least two years of related full-time experience, with strong administrative, clinical, and leadership

• Administrative and clinical skills to work with children and families
• Ability to recruit, hire, supervise, and train staff
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with agencies, courts, and communities
• Understanding needs of children and families in child welfare/juvenile justice systems
• Adaptable and collaborative in changing circumstances

Responsibilities

• Develops effective treatment interventions for children and families in child welfare/juvenile justice systems
• Evaluates treatment programs and makes recommendations to the Executive Director
• Creates standards and procedures for treatment staff
• Oversees recruitment, hiring, and supervision of treatment staff
• Provides ongoing supervision and staff development
• Keeps leadership informed of programs and policies
• Maintains caseload and delivers quality service to clients
• Represents agency programs to public custodial agencies, courts, and community
• Maintains relationships with local, state, and national agencies including schools and welfare departments
