• MSW or Master’s Degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of four years of experience working with children and families.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Travel is required and a valid driver’s license is required.
• Must handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion.

Responsabilités

• Assists the Directors of Foster Care in managing the Foster Care Program.
• Supervises individuals directly responsible for program implementation.
• Participates in program development efforts and implements best practices.
• Works closely with counties to ensure high-quality services and collaborative relationships.
• Ensures compliance with NYS OCFS regulations and COA accreditation.
