Job summary

Josiah White's is seeking a Foster Care Manager to lead foster care operations, supervise Family Specialists, Resource Family Developers, and Foster Care Advocates, and ensure quality, compliant services for children, youth, and families.

You will guide clinical practice, caseload management, and staff development, promoting Healing, Growth, and Permanency in line with our Teaching Family Model and mission.

Qualifications

• Must be a Christian with strong convictions and aligned with Josiah White’s mission statement, Statement of Faith, and Code of Conduct.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Three years of supervised paid casework experience, at least one year with a child welfare agency.
• At least eight credit hours of master’s degree level courses in social work, counseling, or human services, with at least one year of supervised paid casework with a child welfare agency.
