Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or relevant field required by State licensing guidelines.
• Experience in a child placing agency preferred.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, license and retain foster parents across various counties.
• Participate in recruitment events and manage caseloads.
• Provide crisis on-call availability to clients.
• Ensure compliance of existing foster homes.
• Research and prescreen applicants for foster care eligibility.
• Investigate complaints against foster families as required.
