StepStone Family & Youth Services is seeking a Licensing Specialist to recruit foster/adoptive parents, manage initial licensing, recertification, and training tracking. You will develop territories, build candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

The role involves collaboration with treatment teams, case managers, and community partners to support placement stability and caregiver readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field required.
• Experience in child placing agencies, the Department of Family and Children Services, or non-profit organizations preferred.
• Strong recruiting, outreach, and licensing process knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and awareness activities to recruit prospective foster/adoptive parents.
• Develop proactive recruitment plans to attract and certify qualified candidates.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours via phone or email.
• Assist with and complete the certification process for foster parents.
