Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides coordination, guidance, support, and direct management for Foster Care adoptions, and Licensing.
• Reviews financial reports and ensures expenditures are appropriate and meet funding guidelines.
• Works collaboratively with CPS and Foster Care Trainers to develop, plan, and deliver in-service training.
• Serves as a community liaison and responds to concerns from clientele and community partners.
• Participates in hiring, permanency recommendations, disciplinary actions, and employee evaluations.
