Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Arizona foster care licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight, crisis support, and leadership to staff and foster parents.
• Oversee intake, placement processes, and licensing studies for foster homes.
• Promote placement stability and program improvements aligned with standards.
• Supervise file compliance, audits, reporting, and regulatory responses.
• Collaborate with case managers, foster parents, community partners, and state agencies.
• Lead treatment planning, clinical reviews, and MDT meetings.
