Job summary

You will coach case managers, support staff, and student interns, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion.

You’ll oversee case activity, ensure licensing compliance, manage referrals and day‑to‑day operations, and participate in ongoing professional development for staff while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related human services field
• Four years of child welfare experience
• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
• Three years of child welfare experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and inspire a high‑performing team: Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing guidance to foster care case managers, support staff, and student interns, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Ensure quality care and meaningful outcomes: Oversee case activity, conduct reviews, monitor documentation, and ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and contractual requirements.
• Guide program operations and growth: Coordinate referrals, manage case assignments, monitor reporting requirements, and support day‑to‑day operations; recruit, onboard, and retain talented professionals.
• Support families when needed most: Depending on program needs, provide direct services to children and families, offering guidance and support.
