KVC Missouri Community-Based Services – Foster Care Case Management in Springfield, MO seeks a dedicated professional to support children and families in the foster care system. The role offers comprehensive training, supervision, and opportunities for growth in social work and human services.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and welcome candidates transitioning into human services. Field-based work with some in-office supervision and collaborative team engagement is the norm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university.
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Education, or related human services field preferred.
• Prior case management or child welfare experience is not required; comprehensive training provided.
