National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) in Tucker, GA is seeking a dedicated advocate to provide case management and supportive services to youth and families, helping them achieve safe, stable community living. Location: Tucker, GA.

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 annually, with Monday–Friday daytime hours and flexibility to meet client needs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, at least 2 years of direct youth/family experience, and a collaborative, culturally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of work experience in direct service with youth and families preferred.
• Flexibility for non-traditional hours to support foster caregivers and families.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports and advances the organization’s mission and values.
• Provides case management, transportation, and professional services to youths and families.
• Travels daily to deliver community-based services in compliance with requirements.
• Completes documentation and trainings timely.
• Coordinates and monitors services across mental health, medical, education, and social needs.
• Maintains strong relationships with foster parents and families.
