Job summary

Sevita’s Massachusetts Mentor program seeks a Foster Care Case Management Supervisor in Worcester. You will supervise the case management team, assign cases, and ensure accurate, timely reporting while guiding treatment plans and ISP development.

You bring a Master’s in Human Services or Social Work, 2–4 years in related fields, and leadership experience. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, strong communication, and on-call crisis support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or Social Work required.
• Two to four years of experience in Foster Care, Child Welfare, or related fields.
• Leadership or supervisory experience highly preferred.
• Trauma-focused experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong multitasking ability.
• Solid analytical and communication skills to build team rapport.

Responsibilities

• Supervise case management team and manage caseloads for the program.
• Determine caseloads, assign cases, review treatment plans, and ensure timely reports.
• Interview individuals served, conduct intake, and document results.
• Assist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISP).
• Consult with treatment team and arrange additional support as needed.
• Plan and administer therapeutic treatments based on licensure and competency.
• Provide on-call coverage for caseload and crisis intervention support.
• Conduct supervisory home visits and counsel individuals and groups.
