Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavior analysis.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License with proof of insurance.
• Ability to obtain DCFS CERAP and 402 Licensure within 6 months.
• Ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and CPI certification within 30 days.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely perform physical interventions during behavioral crises.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavioral needs and develop individualized behavior plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior interventions and crisis response.
• Coach and support foster families and staff in behavior strategies.
• Participate in psychiatric medication reviews and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and reports.
• Provide on-call crisis support as needed.
