The Summit Church's Embrace Ministry is seeking an Embrace Ministry Director to lead foster, adoption, kinship, and family support efforts across Summit campuses. You will implement strategy, develop leaders, and connect families with counseling, resources, and community partners.

This full-time role requires gospel-centered ministry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to recruit and empower lay volunteers.

Competenze

• Commitment to Gospel-centered ministry and a passion for serving vulnerable children and families.
• Experience leading ministries or personal involvement in foster care/adoption.
• Proven ability to listen well and connect families with professional support.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and empowering lay leaders and volunteer teams.
• Ability to develop strategy, set goals, and lead initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong relational and communication skills with partnerships across churches, agencies, nonprofits, government organizations, and community partners.

• Provide leadership and ownership for Embrace by executing a church-wide strategy to serve vulnerable children and families.
• Establish measurable ministry goals and track effectiveness for growth.
• Develop leaders, resources, and systems for sustainable growth across campuses.
• Equip staff, lay leaders, and volunteers to carry out the Embrace strategy across campuses.
• Partner with campus pastors and elders to support families and connect them with trusted resources.
• Lead Embrace equip classes, conferences, and family-support events; develop training for families and volunteers.
• Oversee Recharge Respite Nights and expand to additional campuses; recruit and develop lay directors and volunteers.
• Serve as primary liaison with foster care, adoption, child welfare, and community organizations to build strategic partnerships.
