Job summary

Family Resources is seeking a Caseworker - Licensing/Support in the Foster & Adoption program to assist families pursuing foster licensing and provide ongoing support to foster and adoptive families. The role spans high-volume Eastern Iowa regions, with a blended responsibility set including licensing and supportive services.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a valid driver's license, and flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in the same fields.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with licensing foster parents and providing support to foster/adoptive families.
• Work in high-volume geographic areas of Eastern Iowa, including Scott, Muscatine, Dubuque, and Des Moines counties.
• Maintain reliable transportation and comply with all policies of Family Resources and subcontractor.
