Job summary

Family Resources is seeking a Caseworker - Licensing/Support to help families become licensed foster parents and provide ongoing support in the Foster & Adoption program. The role covers Eastern Iowa areas in a blended capacity, requiring reliable transportation and occasional evenings/weekends.

The position operates under a subcontract with Four Oaks Family and Children Services, with a flexible schedule and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist families through licensing and supportive services for foster care and adoption.
• Work in high/low volume Eastern Iowa areas, with travel and flexible scheduling including some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education
