Responsibilities

• Order entry, processing and shipping preparation.
• Freight inquiries and orders.
• Coordination of freight with customers and carriers.
• Preparation of shipping documents.
• Processing of customer complaints regarding the freight.
• Processing of complaints to the forwarding agent.
• Processing of damage reports to the transport insurance.
• Creation of CMRs.
• Activities of the dangerous goods officer.
