We are looking for a dedicated logistics specialist (m/f/d) to handle our international shipping orders — with a sense of responsibility, technical skills, and a team-oriented spirit.

Your Responsibilities:

• Processing and handling domestic and international shipping orders
• Preparing and issuing shipping and freight documents
• Obtaining quotes for freight shipments and packaging
• Reviewing freight invoices
• Conducting price negotiations
• Serving as a liaison to related departments
• General office duties
• Supporting our Logistics and Production Manager

You have:

• Completed commercial training, preferably in logistics, or comparable training, or several years of experience in logistics at a machinery/plant manufacturer
• Experience in customs clearance for freight shipments
• A hands‑on approach, reliable and conscientious work ethic
• Experience using standard MS Office programs and an ERP system
• Technical interest, ability to work under pressure, and assertiveness
