Rogo is hiring in New York for a forward-deployed role shaping how top financial firms apply AI to their daily workflows. You will own client engagements, tailor demos, and translate capabilities into measurable value for bankers and investors.

You will guide demonstrations, address workflow challenges, and establish credibility as a trusted advisor while collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine solutions for finance use cases.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in private and/or brokerage wealth management

What You Will Own

• Rogo's Forward Deployed team consists of former bankers and investors who guide top financial institutions on how to apply AI in their day-to-day workflows and long-term strategy. You'll lead full-cycle client engagements, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos that resonate with investors and deal teams. Similar to how Solutions Architects secure the "technical win", you'll drive the "financial win" by translating Rogo's capabilities into real impact across banking and investing use cases.
• Engage with bankers/investors at existing and prospective customers to understand and address their workflow challenges, and then explain and demonstrate the value of Rogo's AI solutions to address them.
• Establish yourself as a credible expert in solving customers' specific problems (e.g., public company financial research, M&A advisory, company diligence workflows).
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to the context of various financial firms, asking questions to validate how Rogo can add value and then showcasing Rogo's features and benefits relevant to each prospective client's potential use cases.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop content that will resonate with bankers/investors, tailored to the unique needs of their practice areas and client types.
• Act as the "Voice of the Customer", using your industry perspective to help the broader sales team develop and implement more effective strategies and synthesize customer feedback for the product team through a financial services lens.
• Tailor the introduction of new solutions to specific customer needs.
• Further the market perception of Rogo as uniquely credible, substantive, and helpful in applying its AI solutions to make bankers/investors better at their jobs.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.

What You Will Need

• 3+ years experience in private and/or brokerage wealth management, ideally within a top-tier banking or private banking platform
• Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented
• An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver results
