Job summary

Rogo is seeking a Forward Deployed team member to guide top banks and investment firms in applying AI to daily workflows and long-term strategy. You will lead client engagements and demos, translating capabilities into measurable business impact.

In this role you will build relationships with decision-makers, tailor demonstrations to clients’ use cases, and help shape how AI transforms equity research and deal workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sell-side equity research experience.
• Ability to engage executives and build credibility with key decision-makers.
• Outstanding presentation skills for demos and pitches.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential in financial services.
• Sales or investor-facing experience with buy-side clients or institutional investors.

What You Will Own

• Rogo's Forward Deployed team consists of former bankers and investors who guide top financial institutions on how to apply AI in their day-to-day workflows and long-term strategy. You'll lead full-cycle client engagements, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos that resonate with investors and deal teams. Similar to how Solutions Architects secure the "technical win," you'll drive the "financial win" by translating Rogo's capabilities into real impact across banking and investing use cases.
• Engage with bankers/investors at existing and prospective customers to understand and address their workflow challenges, and then explain and demonstrate the value of Rogo's AI solutions to address them.
• Establish yourself as a credible expert in solving customers' specific problems (e.g., public company financial research, M&A advisory, company diligence workflows).
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to the context of various financial firms, asking questions to validate how Rogo can add value and then showcasing Rogo's features and benefits relevant to each prospective client’s potential use cases.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop content that will resonate with bankers/investors, tailored to the unique needs of their practice areas and client types.
• Act as the "Voice of the Customer," using your industry perspective to help the broader sales team develop and implement more effective strategies and synthesize customer feedback for the product team through a financial services lens.
• Tailor the introduction of new solutions to specific customer needs.
• Further the market perception of Rogo as uniquely credible, substantive, and helpful in applying its AI solutions to make bankers/investors better at their jobs.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.

What You Will Need

• 2+ years of sell-side equity research experience
• Executive engagement skills and presence, with an ability to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and build credibility at all levels.
• Outstanding presentation skills, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform financial services.
• Sales or investor-facing experience, including business development and/or directly managing relationships with buy-side clients, portfolio managers, or institutional investors.
