Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph, maintained throughout employment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Docker and hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Strong scripting with Python or Bash; infrastructure as code (Terraform) experience.
• GCP services such as Compute Engine, shared VPC, data analytics, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support technical operations in development and production systems.
• Deliver infrastructure engineering projects supporting company initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to deliver software quickly and reliably.
• Secure platform infrastructure and harden on-premise builds.
• Set, measure, and achieve SLIs and SLOs for SLAs.
• Execute the roadmap in sprints and follow SCRUM best practices.
• Introduce and implement technologies and best practices in InfoSec, DevOps, and Site Reliability.
• Support self-managed customers on-site.
• Build highly reliable software systems across bare-metal Linux deployments and GCP/AWS deployments.
• Continuously improve multi-region configuration and expand into new regions.
• Support new and ongoing products.
