FDE Times is seeking a software engineer to work with customers, understand complex operational problems, and deliver data-driven software solutions from architecture to deployment.

You will own high-stakes projects end to end, collaborating across teams and ensuring customer success while advancing the product and technical strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with hands-on software experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure and front-end frameworks.
• Willing to travel and collaborate across teams.
• Active TS or higher US security clearance or willingness to obtain/upgrade.

Work directly with customers to understand complex operational problems and design, build, and deploy data-driven software solutions. Own high-stakes projects end to end, including architecture, data work, application development, customer engagement, and team strategy.

Requirements:

Candidates should have a strong engineering background, coding proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript, and familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks. They should collaborate effectively, learn and work independently with minimal supervision, be willing to travel, and hold an active Top Secret-or-higher US security clearance or be willing to obtain or upgrade one.
