True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an engineer to lead customer-facing data and analytics software delivery on edge and on-prem hardware. The role focuses on building reliable containerized services, troubleshooting, and coordinating with customers across environments.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of software engineering experience, including hands-on integration with physical hardware or edge systems.
• Computer science degree and strong software fundamentals.
• Experience deploying and managing containerized applications with Kubernetes.
• Deep Linux systems experience: administration, networking, and on-prem infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Bash, Go, or JavaScript.
• Experience in defense/government/systems integration or related customer environments; data/analytics platforms a plus.
• Active US Secret or Top Secret clearance and authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

About the Role

Join a small, customer-facing engineering team deploying data and analytics software in tactical edge environments. You will build and support systems on compact, on-prem hardware where resource constraints, limited connectivity, and demanding operational conditions make reliability essential.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-stakes customer projects, working with minimal supervision.

• Work directly with customers to design and deploy containerized software in air-gapped, on-premises, and edge environments.

What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $135,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Remote, United States. The primary location is Palo Alto, California. The role requires travel to customer locations.
