Job summary

JOBOT in Los Angeles is seeking a flexible software professional to build and deploy tailored software, prototypes, and data workflows that connect customer systems with internal platforms.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations on technical evaluations, relay customer feedback to guide product direction, and support recruiting and onboarding, blending engineering rigor with customer-focused delivery. Travel up to 25–50% is required.

Qualifications

• Adaptable, autonomous software development experience.
• Backend experience with Java or another language, tool, or framework.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
