Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy and operationalize security and AI capabilities in customer environments. You will work at the intersection of engineering, security operations, data, and customer success to translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.

You will partner with security leaders, platform teams, data scientists, and infrastructure stakeholders to implement AI-enabled SOC workflows, integrate security tooling, improve analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in security or platform engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on with SIEM, XDR and SOAR technologies.
• Experience deploying cloud-native architectures on major providers.
• Strong data integration and analytics workflow background.
• Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for deploying security and AI solutions in customer environments.
• Translate requirements into deployable architectures and plans.
• Design integrations across SIEM, XDR, SOAR and data platforms.
• Operationalize AI-enabled security workflows and analyst copilots.
• Collaborate across Security, Data, Infra, and product teams to drive delivery.
